Yes, you can enjoy the flight if your weight is up to 120 kg. If your weight is less than 30 kg, you can fly in the sitting system only, together with an adult. Every case, considering the person’s weight and height, is assessed by instructors individually.

If You are choosing Turbo Zerglis, it is only possible to fly in the Superhero position. The weight of the person must not be less than 30 kg and more than 115 kg.

No, the youngest flyer was 6 months old and was flying with his mother. If you are under 18, it is necessary that one of your parents or your legal guardian arrives with you to sign an agreement accepting the rules of zipline Zērglis. Both of you must present an identification document, which confirms your relation.

Choosing the option “Flight with a child”, the child should not be older than 7, heavier than 30 kg and will sit in your lap during the flight. The total weight of both of you cannot exceed 120 kg. Important – our safety instructors reserve the right to assess each case individually and, if there is a safety threat, to refuse the service.

If You are choosing the service – flight with Zērglis, if You are in a weight category of up to 115 kg, you can choose in which of security systems you want to enjoy the flight – laying or sitting. If your weight is in the weight category from 115 till 120 kg, then you can enjoy the flight in the sitting system only.

If You are  choosing the service – flight with Turbo Zērglis, please note that this service can only be used in the Superhero position. In the  Superhero position, a person’s weight should not exceed 115 kg.

Yes, you can. You will have to meet the following criteria:

• child’s weight is under 30 kg;
• child is aged 7 or younger;
• the total weight of you both (adult and child) is under 120 kg;
• extra fee for the child.

!!! If You are choosing the service – a flight with Turbo Zergli -, a flight with a child in your lap is NOT AVAILABLE.

Yes, you can fly during rain and wind. It will not affect the taste of adventure, however, choose to wear appropriate clothing, taking into account that you will be under the open sky. It is impossible to fly, if there are strong wind gusts or a thunderstorm. If there is a forecast of heavy rain and thunderstorm for the day of your flight, contact us to get an update on the situation by calling +371 2838 3333

Yes, you can choose our equipment – camera, using which you can take photos or record a video that you can buy after the flight. You can also use your own camera and equipment, however take into account that the camera fastening must be completely safe. It will be assessed by our instructors on site. If you use your camera, you can’t use our equipment or its individual parts.

If you have booked a flight, please arrive at least 15-20 min before the booked flight time.

The time of booking can be transferred or cancelled, if you contact us, by writing an e-mail to info@siguldaadventures.com at least 72 h before the time of the booked flight. If you have booked the service, but do not use it* or if you inform us later than 72 hours prior to the booked time of the flight, the money for the booked service shall not be returned.

Refusal of the person to use the service, if they arrive on site or before the flight itself, shall also be considered to be a failure to use the service.
