Yes, anybody can ride a SUP board. For children up to 10 years it is recommended to ride under an adult’s supervision.

Yes, the vest is mandatory. It is necessary due to safety considerations.

No, swimming skills are not mandatory, as you will wear a safety vest.

No, special physical fitness skills are not necessary.

If you have booked a participation in any of organized SUP tour rides, but you are unable to come, you can ask for the ride to be refunded, if you inform us about your absence at least 24h before the ride start time. Yes, SUP tours are not organized, if it is going to rain. If the SUP tour is cancelled due to rain, we can return the paid money for booking (please, apply for money return by sending the cancelled tour date, your name, surname and bank account number to e-mail address: info@suprent.lv) or it is possible to transfer the paid money to any other dates of the scheduled SUP tours.
